Welcome to Reception

For Reception, the school day starts at 8:55am and finishes at 3:25pm.

Mrs Christopher is responsible for leading the Early Years Foundation Stage at Lincoln Carlton Academy.

The class teacher in Robins class is called Mrs Christopher.

The class teacher in Blackbirds class is called Mrs Evans.

There are 3 Teaching Assistants in Reception: Miss Lilley, Ms Sheriff and Mrs Richardson.

Reception have PE in the hall on a Monday morning. They need to come to school dressed in their normal school uniform and they will get dressed into their PE kits at school. 

We are holding an event on Monday 14th September where you will have the opportunity to meet members of the senior leadership team and other parents from your child's class. There will be light refreshments. The event starts at 2:15pm in the school hall. At 3pm, you will be able to go to your child's classroom to see their new teacher and find out how the first few days in school have been. The event finishes at 3:25pm.

Parents Evening

On Tuesday 10th November and Thursday 19th November, you will be able to make an appointment to meet your child's class year to discuss how they have settled into their new class and their progress so far. Further information about how to book an appointment will follow in due course.
