Welcome to Year 2

For Year 2, the school day starts at 8:55am and finishes at 3:25pm.

Mrs Gallivan is the class teacher in Cathedral Class.

Miss Ridd is the class teacher in Castle Class.

PE Days

During Autumn 1 (3rd September until 24th October), Year 2 will have PE inside on a Thursday afternoon and outside on a Friday morning. They should come to school dressed in their PE kit on these days please. Earrings should be removed and long hair should be tied back.

The Year 2 and 3 Disco is taking place on Thursday 23rd October 2025 from 4:30 - 5:45pm. Details on how to book your child's place will follow nearer the time. 

Parent's evening takes place on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th November 2025. Details on how to book an appointment will be sent nearer the time.
