Welcome to Year 2

For Year 2, the school day starts at 8:55am and finishes at 3:25pm.

Mrs Gallivan is the class teacher in Cathedral Class.

Miss Ridd is the class teacher in Castle Class.

PE Days

During the Summer term (April to July), Year 2 will have PE inside on a Wednesday afternoon and outside on a Thursday afternoon. They should come to school dressed in their PE kit on these days please. Earrings should be removed and long hair should be tied back. 

The EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 Sports Afternoon will take place on Tuesday 19th May 2026 from 1:30pm until the end of the school day. 

The end of Year 2 celebration event will take place in classrooms on Thursday 25th June 2026 at 3pm.

End of year reports will be sent out to parents on Friday 10th July 2026.
