Welcome to Year 3

In Year 3, the school day starts at 8:50am and finishes at 3:30pm.

Mrs Ball is the class teacher in Spartans Class.

Miss Gadsby is the class teacher in Olympians Class.

PE Days

During the Spring term (January to Easter) Year 3 will have PE inside on a Tuesday afternoon and outside on a Monday afternoon. They should come to school dressed in their PE kit on these days please. Earrings should be removed and long hair should be tied back. 

World Book Day takes place on Thursday 5th March 2026. Children are invited to come to school dressed as their favourite book character or wear their pyjamas for the day!

Parent's evening takes place on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 12th March 2026. Details on how to book an appointment will be sent nearer the time. 

The Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 Sports Afternoon will take place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 from 1:30pm until the end of the school day. 

The end of Year 3 celebration event will take place in classrooms on Wednesday 1st July 2026 at 3pm.

End of year reports will be sent out to parents on Friday 10th July 2026.
