Welcome to Year 6

In Year 6, the school day starts at 8:50am and finishes at 3:30pm.

Mrs Wright is the class teacher in Lancaster class.

Miss Cropper is the class teacher in Spitfire class. 

PE Days

During the Summer term (April to July) Year 6 will have PE outside on a Monday afternoon and inside on a Thurssday afternoon. They should come to school dressed in their PE kit on these days please. Earrings should be removed and long hair should be tied back. 

SATS Week for Year 6 will be Monday 11th May 2026. There is a link to an information leaflet below. A meeting for parents will be held in the spring term. 

The Year 3, 4, 5 and 6 Sports Afternoon will take place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 from 1:30pm until the end of the school day.

Year 6 Parent SHARE - Thursday 2nd July at 3:00pm.

The Year 6 Performance will take place on Wednesday 8th July at 6pm and Thursday 9th July at 1:30pm and 6pm. Information regarding the purchase of tickets will be sent nearer the time.

End of Year Reports out to parents - Friday 10th July 2026.

Year 6 Leaver's Disco - Wednesday 15th July 2026 at 5:30pm until 7:00pm.
